Seth Morabito 9d62739796 Migrate to org-mode 9.5 
This is a major update of org-mode, which required some changes
to init.el.

Additionally, I have waffled, once again, on org-adapt-indentation
and turned it back off. But this comes with the addition of using
the null character (?\00) as the leading bullet in org-superstar,
which means I finally like my org-mode headlines.

I may yet make level-1 and level-2 headlines larger, though.

* Most all packages are loaded with `:defer t` now.

Seth Morabito 6c521f2643 mu4e config and whitespace deletion changes 
- mu4e-view-mode will now automatically enable visual-line-mode, for
  cleaner viewing of messages with long lines.

- Reluctantly, and after much consideration, I have removed the
  before-save-hook that deletes trailing whitespace.  The truth is, I
  work in code bases that other people share, and messing with
  trailing line space can cause a lot of headache, especially when
  visiting files that I don't actually want to modify.
